Max and Ruby

For our craft project today I thought we'd try paper mache. While I was explaining the process to Jaden of covering the balloon with newspaper and glue, he proceeded to tell me what we would do.
"I already know about it - I saw it on Max and Ruby."

Words

Ailia has been repeating g a phrase quite frequently of which I am clueless on the meaning, or what she is really trying to say. It sounds something like this:
"heh, no nuts."

Needless to say I chuckle every time I hear her...

Crying

"Mom, I'm gonna make you a picture it's gonna be so pretty you'll soon be crying."

When I Grow Up (take 3)

Jaden was simply appalled that they put both pickles AND onions on his cheeseburger despite having requested to the contrary. He then announced, "I guess now when I grow up I'll have to work at Wendy's to show them the right way."
